Apartment ID 40 is conformed to the description and photos. We very much enjoyed our stay in Paris and highly recommend yellowstay.com and this particular apartement.
Only "negative"" points: it gets sometimes noisy due to the bar above the apt. and the place is rather conceived/furnished for 2 to 3 people (at 4, we did not have a fork, knife and spoon for each !!).... Read more?

This apartment paris is OK, but not great. Location is good but it is above a noisy street. Normally I do not mind noise, but for some reason, this seemed particularly loud.
The kitchen and bathroom are more or less as advertised (except for loose faucet) [Yellowstay: fixed!!]. Bed is OK too.
Internet connection was good, but TV never worked properly.... Read more?

All the information concerning the arrival day were really precise. When arriving the appartment we've noticed that the handshower was broken. After calling the administration, some hours later they had fixed it! Great attention from them, I was really pleased. Concerning cleaning, I can say that the kitchen floor was a little sticky and some other client had boiled milk in the electrical boiler (made just for water), it was not pleasant to warm up pure water in there. The store downstairs do really work as a alarm at 9Hs. One other comment already posted is the bed that is too soft, so if you have back problems you might want to consider to sleep on the couch. The cheap accommodation paris was a very good choice as it was clean,spacius,bright,with all the necessary electrical appliances and lots of storage space. It is in a very nice neighbourhood and has everything very near: metro,s-market,food stores etc. The only minor problem was with the bath tab's plumbing and maybe the comprlex way TV works-but,who watches TV while on vacation?

The rent paris apartment itself was lovely and exactly as described, but unfortunately the building itself was undergoing major internal refurbishment works so it was noisy and very dusty when the workmen were on site. I feel that we should have been told about this in advance and offered the apartment at a discounted rate during the refurbishment works as it was very difficult to have a 'lie-in' in the mornings due to all the activity in the building, which is a shame when on holiday.... The cheap apartments paris was perfect for our stay in Paris. Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from the Seine and 2 different metro stations. Modern, clean & plenty of space. Would recommend it and definitely will stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect for a couple.
The paris holiday apartments is small, but it was clean, warm (and Paris was cold when we went)
and has all new furniture..etc. There is a sofa bed which is really comfortable (seriously it is like a proper bed).
It comes inclusive of TV, Phone (free calls...which is nice) & internet (if you bring a laptop)...the tv channels took a while to figure out, but in the welcome pack there are good instructions.
The bathroom is tiny...but was very clean and has all you need.... toilet, sink & shower.
The location is amazing, set in a beautiful courtyard.......
5min walk from Metro!
10min walk from the busy Bastille area...but best of all it was quiet at night. We felt really safe here at night and had no trouble walking home from metro or Bastille.

Our Yelowstay serviced apartments paris was perfectly clean and pleasant with
adequate space, apart from the bathroom which was disappointing.
otherwise it was well equipped, with clever use of mirrors everywhere
increasing the atmosphere of space.

I traveled with my daughter and a friend and we were absolutely delighted with the marais paris apartments , its size, location(in the Place de Vosges) and all the top quality furniture etc that we found in the apt.
We will definitely be going back and will be recommending it as the ideal holiday destination in Paris.

Thank you Yellow Stay for such wonderful service and an outstanding marais apartment which as soon as we arrived felt like home. The layout was extremely spacious and the location was great as it was only minutes walk to Notre Dame and the metro. The bedrooms were large and the living room was very comfortable.
The shuttle service was a welcome relief from a 22 hour flight from Australia and the driver very helpfull in showing us up to the apartment. It felt like a second home and I would definately recommend this service to all travellers.

L'appartement est très agréable, situé dans un quartier calme et sur, A proximité immédiate du métro, de commerces de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, traiteur, mini market...) et à 10 minutes à pied du Trocadéro ou l'on trouve une brasserie de qualité, face à la tour Eiffel.
Il est parfaitement conforme au descriptif, agréablement meublé et bien décoré.
Quelques travaux d'entretien seraient les bienvenus (robinetterie et placard sous évier de la salle de bain) mais ceci est un point mineur.
Service fourni par Yellowstay excellent, avec eux tout parait simple, ce qui est rare à Paris. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la souplesse sur les heures de check in et de check out.
Je retournerai sans hésitation dans cet appartement lors de mes prochains séours à Paris.... Read more?

I have many things to say. The paris holiday rental was very ok. The short but meaningful negatives--the step up into the loo is unacceptable. We were not advised of this. Anyone witha bad knee would be very uncomfortable. We both fell into this category.
The second flaw is in your absence of response to the very significant absence of a functioning elevator. It was out of service the entire time we were there. I advised you a few short days into our stay, but you declined to respond. That is very disappointing. Our knees, again, are not in the best condition, and we chose the apartment because there was an elevator promised. Why didn't you respond?
Moving on, the location was excellent, as was security. There was a not-to-be-missed bakery right across the street, and a local restaurant not one block... Read more?
