Overall the stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment paris's location is great, right in the center Paris. The shuttle service was on time and very comfortable. A few issues which need to be addressed are as follows: -
(a) The apartment's advertising needs to clearly indicate only one toilet and two baths.
(b) The center table in the living room is extremely flimsy and may break at any time and should be changed at the earliest.
(c) The dinning table is also quite wobbly and needs repair.

Although this paris apartments for rent is modern, not Paris charming, it is perfectly situated for your visit to Paris. We found that we were able to walk to everything but Montmartre. And what a pleasure that was. We stayed for 10 days and got a real feel for the neighborhood. The elevator was a joy. Everything was ready for us. I will use Yellowstay again.
There is no AC. Around the corner on Rue Coquillere are a Boulangerie, fruit monger, general store with awesome 3 Euro wine and Brie for 2.8 Euro. You are set!... Read more?

Great service from Yellowstay, paris apartment rental is in a great location with good sized living area and bedrooms, but tiny kitchen and bathroom. It is also a touch old looking.... Read more?

We were very happy with location of cheap accommodation paris, nearby facilities and Yellowstays prompt attention to any problems. Apartment is in need of a face lift requiring new carpet in bedroom, replacement of filthy curtains in living room and cleaning of the stained sofa. The comments by previous renters are typical of our experience with this apartment. We noted that the apartment may be very hot in summer as it is too noisy to have the windows open. We would be happy to rent this apartment again but would like to see the suggestions for face lift carried out.... Read more?

Location: excellent Bastille location with plenty of places to eat. The size was a bit small but worth the price. everything worked well, although things may have been a little shabby, such as paint and blinds. The patio was under reconstruction which should have been mentioned. All in all I would stay there again, and would recommend the appartment.... Read more?

First, Yellowstay changed our reservations due to an electrical fire. This was not a major problem, even though the new accommodations were slightly smaller. The main problem was when our flight was indefinitely canceled (because of the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull) Yellowstay was completely unaccommodating. The only option they gave us, after days of deliberation, was to use our reservations within one month. As we are employed we couldn't just move our vacation on such short notice, especially since it was already past once they offered us this resolution. We lost the full payment of our one week stay. After renting from Yellowstay.com more that 8 times in Paris, I must say, what a pleasure!. You want the real Paris experience you will rent from these people. Helpful, reasonable and fair. All their serviced apartments paris s are located in the best areas, near major train/metro stations; the best. No one has apartments better located.... Read more?

Location was excellent ! But services were not. Appartment came without toilet paper, dishsoap... or any other bare essentiels.
The size of the appartment was adequat for two persons. We would not recommand for 4 persons. Attention, high step to go to toilet.. and small size door.... Read more?

We stayed in this paris holiday apartment in April 2010.
The location was excellent. Very handy for the Metro and plenty of restaurants, cafes and boulangeries nearby. Although the apartment faces onto the main road we didn’t have any problem with noise. The Yellowstay staff were very good as well.
The living area in the apartment is very spacious and this was very useful especially as we had a toddler with us.
Our only complaint was that the apartment really does need a complete refurbishment, redecoration and a good clean. The net curtains were filthy, the dining room table was ancient and all the varnish was peeling of it, and there was a fusty smell throughout. The staff at Yellow Stay were very helpful pre-travel and during our stay in Paris. While they did not respond to emails within an hour (or sometimes even the day), they still responded and did so in a helpful manner. They also were very flexible with payment (whether to pay through credit card or cash) and allowed us to store our bags at their office after check-out.
The paris holiday rental was very nice for a studio. Great location in Marais. It was very clean. The bed was also comfortable. Very affordable.
Downsides:
-it was incredibly noisy at night and the early morning. We are both young (in our 20's) and couldn't get a good night sleep.
-better blanket needed for the bed
-only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper left and that was it
