This accommodation is located on rue Pyramides, where the Jeanne d'Arc statue is, between the Luxembourg Garden and rue Saint Honoré. 5 mins walking distance from Louvre, and Opéra Garnier. 15 mins walking to Marais, Saint Germain, Concorde and Champs Elysées. Less than 10 mins by subway to Opéra, Montmartre and Eiffel Tower.
The accommodation is a bit special: a studio of 22 sqm plus a balcony (with a view on Luxembourg garden and Jeanne Arc Statue) is associated with a bedroom of 7 sqm which is on the same floor, accross the corridor, 2 meters ahead. How does it work?
The idea is to make this accommodation a low cost for 4 people in the heart of Paris: We have associated on the same floor, 2 units, the bigger one is a studio of 22 sqm plus a balcony equipped with kitchen and bathroom. And another unit, on the same floor, just sideby, 2 meters ahead, 7 sqm with a extra single bed (120x200), a washing machine and a bathroom (shower).
This way, you can have your full time in the large studio, having breakfast or dinner, and have your own privacy, each of your party, to rest at night comfortably.
