This 15 sqm brand new studio is located at the cross of rue du roi de Sicile and rue Bourg Tibourg, in a top location to discover Paris at foot. Out from the building, you will immediately feel the Parisian way of life: these 2 streets appears in Paris’ guide as they belongs to Paris history. Rue Bourg tibourg is very small but such charming! Rue du Roi de Sicile is full of Bistrots, restaurants and architecture. This street is crossing the Jewish neighborhood.
You are in the heart of the Marais, center of Paris, close to Hotel de Ville, Notre-Dame and Saint Germain.
The apartment is small but well furnished, you will sleep in a sofabed and enjoy a breakfast on your american bar. The small but functional kitchen is equipped with a microwave/grill and 2 hot plates to allow you to prepare your food and enjoy your café croissant before starting your journey.
