In a Luxurious and convenient district : You will fall in love with the Parisians art galleries and fashion shops. Restaurants and French Brasseries are scattered out all around your building. Supermarkets and fine wine/cheese shops and bakeries are located in Bastille and bd Richard Lenoir (open markets thursday and sat/sunday).
