Very luxurious and recently renovated with taste, perfectly furnished and fully equipped with the finest equipment (oven, washing machine and air conditioning),
Located two steps away from the Marais, everything is within walking distance, bars, restaurants... Marais atmosphere, accommodations nearby: supermarket within 2 mins, "cafes-tabacs"..., 20 mins to the Louvre and 30 mins to the Champs-Elysees.
In an old building, giving onto a courtyard, the apartment is thus particularly calm and has a lot of light.
The bedroom has a queensize bed (160*200) and the living room has a great quality sofa bed (truth mattress). The entirely equipped kitchen is open on the living room. The bathroom, made of unpolished marble has a large shower.
