Description
Located in the heart of Montparnasse, close to the Saint-Germain area this charming "pied à terre" will seduce all those in love with Paris. There is lots of local flavor with a row of speciality stores, groceries and fashion shops on the nearby street of rue Raymond Losserand that leads to the Montparnasse tower. The Montparnasse is an active, vibrant district where renown shops, theatres, cinemas, café theatre, and restaurants are aplenty. It is very convenient as the nearest metro station is not far and has a direct line to St Lazare, Champs Elysée and the Eiffel Tower.
This district was one of those preferred by Americans in the Twenties, with its many artistic places and parks...Now you can find the ‘Galeries Lafayette’ and all the beautiful shops on the rue de Rennes leading directly to the Saint-Germain district. Ideal for families or groups from 4 up to even 8 people. This apartment is near one of the nicest hypermarkets (selling clothes, French bakery, food) in Paris, and is just a 30 second walk from the famous Parisian "Kiosque" where all Parisians rush in, on week-ends to take advantage of half price tickets for the theater, opera and ballet.
Lively district, nice to live in. The apartment is right next to the famous Atlantis park enjoyed by families and groups. Lying in the grass and pic-nic are allowed.
