You will fully enjoy the 65 sqm apartment in a perfect location to discover the heart of Paris: whithin walking distance to the Seine (2mins), Notre Dame(10mins), the Place des Vosges(2mins) and very well served by public transportation: 10 mins to the Louvre and 15 mins to Champs Elysées, you will feel like being in the center of Paris with the Marais spirit on one hand, and the Bastille neighbourhood with its Opera and harbour on the other hand.
Nearby, in rue St Antoine, you will find at least than 5 bakeries, large supermarket, wine market, cheese market and fresh fruit market.
On week-ends, you feel typically French by cruising the biggest fresh market in Paris localised in bd richard Lenoir (Bastille).
This apartment is located on the third floor of a lively location (Bars/restaurants and culture with the Pompidou Center, 1 min walk). The building is equipped with a lift and all the modern amenities.
