This 74 sqm (800 sqf) apartment is laid out as follows: In the entrance, a high tech American style kitchen with a bar fully equipped with the finest equipment (Wellman/Siemens), a large living room on your right includes 1 sofa bed signed by Hugues Chevalier and 1 sofa bed by Steiner Paris, equipped with a high performance HIFI/TV equipment (SONY), home cinema, high speed WIFI free internet connexion. The living room continues to the 1st bedroom with 3 large floor to ceiling mirrored cupboards. A second bedroom at the end of the corridor. The bathroom and toilet are separated and are accessible from the corridor.
Our architect's philosophy: "I made this apartment as a place to live, from the parquet floor in exotic wood from India (which gives the rooms a warm glow) to the kitchen with magnetic drawers which close easily. Everything is thought out for your comfort : in the kitchen/bar: light switches on/off with sensor contacts, the bathroom has a tub and a shower with massage column, the radiator dries and warms your towels.
